Born in 1971, Sybille Titeux de la Croix began her artistic studies with classical vocal music, but the fine arts, a family tradition for generations, captured her at the age of twenty-two. She attended the École Nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs, where she studied drawing as well as sculpture, photography, film, and printmaking. She graduated in 1999 with a specialization in illustration. During her four years at l’ENSAD, she also performed with a classical Egyptian dance troupe.
